The hotel is a great option for those wanting to explore the surrounding area. It’s location is perfect for trips to Poloniny or Vihorlat. the rooms are clean and well-designed, with comfortable basic amenities. the hotel is in a quiet area, making it very peaceful at night.
Guests may experience challenges with communication from staff.

Lovely spacious rooms with a great design and very clean. the hotel is in a great location to explore the area around it. It's perfect for trips to the mountains or forests with beautiful views. the staff was helpful, and there was plenty of space within the hotel itself.
The Wi-Fi didn't work in the room, and it took a long time to find someone at the reception desk. Unfortunately, the breakfast was terrible.

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel located in a peaceful town. The hotel staff were friendly and always ready to help with our requests. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the parking was convenient. Additionally, the location was perfect for exploring nearby beautiful natural parks.

Great and spacious room design, and it was always kept clean. The hotel is located in a convenient spot, close to Poloniny and Vihorlat areas, which made it easy to explore the region. the quiet surroundings around the hotel were much appreciated.
The Wi-Fi in the room did not work at all. , the staff was not always readily available and some seemed unprofessional.
